Fee Schedule
|
FTE encourages congregations to send more than one participant and to involve lay leaders in the conference. The registration fee is discounted to make this a more affordable option for your congregation.

The registration fee covers all conference materials, meals and coffee breaks beginning with dinner on Thursday and ending with lunch on Saturday.
The registration fee does not include travel or lodging. Please reserve your overnight accommodations by contacting the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center.

Financial Assistance
|
The deadline for financial assistance requests is August 1, 2008.
FTE has a limited number of travel subsidies available to minimize financial barriers to conference participation. We offer subsidies to cover the cost of transportation and lodging for participants who might not otherwise be able to attend. Financial assistance is available only to participants representing congregations. All participants, including recipients of financial assistance, are required to pay the conference fee.

Accomodations

The deadline for room reservations is September 8, 2008.
The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center (GTHCC) will host the conference. Offering state-of-the-art meeting space and comfortable guest rooms, the conference center is located in midtown Atlanta and is easily accessible from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport by shuttle, cab and public transportation. FTE is pleased to offer a special conference rate of $129/night (plus tax) for both single and double rooms during the conference. Additional nights before or after the conference are available at a rate of $149/night (plus tax).
We have reserved a limited number of rooms at these special rates. They are available on a first-come basis.
