Alumni
Welcome FTE Fellows and Transition into Ministry residents!
You number over 7,000, representing the breadth and depth of diversity and excellence of the practice of ministry. This page is for you. Who are these FTE/TiM alumni? How might alumni be involved with FTE? Explore the ways you may contribute and participate in the cycle of noticing, naming and nurturing diverse young leaders.
My name is Laura M. Cheifetz. I am Director of Alumni Relations and Developoment and a 2001 Ministry Fellow. The Office of Alumni Relations seeks to connect the growing network of over 7000 pastoral leaders, theological educators and Christian leaders who have participated in FTE's programs and the Transition into Ministry program since 1954 with one another, and with FTE resources to notice, name, and nurture yet another generation of leaders. You are one of these "leading generations" of the church. I encourage you to reconnect with FTE, let us know what you're up to, and explore the resources FTE has to offer.
Join FTE in continuing the work of nurturing young people for leadership in the church and the academy. Follow the links to share your story with the FTE community. How did FTE make a difference in your community? What are you doing now? Find ways to continue to participate in the work of FTE. What can FTE do for you? How can you connect promising young people with FTE?
Join The Cause
How can alumni get involved? Alumni are an important source of support for FTE. Be a part of continuing the legacy by donating, or by encouraging qualified young people to apply for fellowship opportunities. Share your story with us and help to both guide and inspire the next generation of leaders for our church and academy!

Current Resources
FTE has many resources for leaders and congregations to engage in thecultivation of vocational exploration. The Calling Congregations Conference is a gathering of congregations and leaders interesting in the exploration of their role in nurturing questions of vocation and cultivating the next generation of leaders in the church and academy. The Transition into Ministry program will provide resources for congregations interested in engaging in the work of nurturing excellent young pastors. We also have FTE Alumni Groups on both Facebook and LinkedIn where both current fellows and alumni can connect and share resources directly.
Explore these resources and join the conversation.
